This last one we’re particularly observant of. Coming from the business world ourselves, we know how important it is that food arrive well before a meeting actually starts. The distraction of coming in late to a meeting of hungry employees to set up the food would be totally unacceptable to us, and to this date has not happened yet. (knock on wood!)
We have wonderful and happy catering clients most all of whom are repeat customers. They include Martha Stewart Omnimedia, Deutsch Advertising, The Food Network, top architectural firms, pharmaceutical reps, hedge funds, private equity firms, and several large corporation HQ’s. We can do anything from an office breakfast for 6 to a full lunch for 250.
There are three more things that make Swich Catering special:
- Every half-Swich has a little flag in it saying exactly what ingredients are in it. This takes away guesswork and people touching all the sandwiches to see which one they want. This is a huge hit with our clients.
- We are the opposite of the boring Cold cuts, Crudite and Cookies (the dreaded three C’s) boring lunch. Our hot pressed sandwiches stay hot and feature creative, high-class combinations like ground lamb, tzatziki and mint, and Hass avocado, chicken breast and homemade citrus vinaigrette on golden raisin semolina.
- Our salads are unique and use a spring mix of several types of fresh greens. All of our salad dressings are homemade every day.
- Our homemade Potato and Sweet Potato Chips are addictive and a hit at every meeting!
