There are two huge reasons to do everything we can to promote a healthier environment: slow down and reverse the negative effects of global warming, and free our country from dependence on foreign oil. At Swich we feel strongly about the need to accomplish these goals. We use energy efficient equipment, local ingredients that don’t require much transport, and almost all of our packaging that looks like plastic is actually made from corn. Going forward we are looking to switch over from traditional means of power to exclusively hydro and wind energy.
